Front office executive handling the customer are very rude and as if they giving room for free.Whole checking in process was terrible, and Executive Reshma doesn't fit that job.No information on the plan was given to me .Suddenly she tells I have informed me very thing.I have paid with breakfast in hotel tarrif buy, and in morning they refuse to give breakfast ...Ask me to pay extra for breakfast. It's worst experience with hotel.. I have been Booking.com customer for more than 15 years and first time I have these worst experience. And they never pick the landline number.for any clarification with hotel .

Amazing experience, I had a problem with the payment on booking but they helped me kindly.The hotel is beautiful and clean, the people who work there are very nice… food also good.Thanks :)

The bathroom was stinking and the towel were all moist because of no ventilation in the washroom.

Close to the airport

Place is not very clean.... TV programs are only catering to local channels and no other international channels.

Having so much space kettle fixed in higher difficult position Though it was mentioned sound proof , it is not The shower water runs all over the toilet and one toilet carpet can not solve it.

They had some maintenance issue with their air conditioning, so they transferred us to a different hotel which was horrible. If they had cancelled my booking with any charges I would have booked somewhere else where I would be comfortable. I am not ready to risk it any further thus I'm never booking here again

The hotel cleanliness is maintained very well. The rooms are enough comfortable for a short stay. Food was great.

The room services were not good. They had a delayed response for any queries or services. There was not staff available to bring our luggage to the room during check in or out to the car when we checked out. Parking is too narrow

Staff very friendly & politeQuick service I checked in late by around 11:30 pm so slept late I just phone them around 11:15 am for late check out Straightaway said yes & no phone calls until I exit around 13:30 Helpful Sequrity person Pleasant receptionists both night & day Restraunt staff very friendly

Near airport

Difficult to get a Uber at this location. Waited more than 3 mins and driver still want to charge double in not will not come.

Room size. It can be bigger.

Location , it's closer to the airport. Restaurant was good. Staff were very friendly.

Beds are too small. I booked twin beds. Its very small. Smaller than the standard size. Rooms are tiny as well.

Excellent location, with very courteous service. Their staff are extremely friendly and went out of the way to help us including giving us idli for little kids late in the evening when the item was actually not available in the menu. Super friendly!

The washbasin in the toilet is so small and of a bad design that more water falls outside the basin than inside it. Surely needs replacement

Excellent shower, comfortable beds, clean and spacious. Nice Bar.

Would be good if breakfast could start earlier for people needing to leave early for a flight.
